Neighbourhood Enablers

Hastings Trust, working in partnership with Hastings Furniture Service, Rother Voluntary Action and Rye Partnership, has received funding from the Government’s Social Action Fund administered through the Social Investment Business to deliver an exciting new one year volunteering initiative in Hastings, Bexhill, Rye and rural Rother called Neighbourhood Enablers.
 
The project will aid local communities to come together to take action over local issues and concerns and help local people to develop new skills, confidence and social networks.
We are therefore recruiting seven full time posts to work across the Hastings / Rother area to deliver the project.

1 Co-ordinator c£24k
1 Project Administrator c£11.5k
3 x Community Capacity Builders c£19k
2 x Training Officers c£22k
All posts are offered on a one year fixed term contract and are 37 hours per week.
All posts are subject to enhanced CRB clearance.
